This 12-volt direct-drive (DD) starter motor is a direct replacement for Kohler Command CH and CV series engines as well as a wide range of Fits John Deere, Fits Toro, Fits Cub Cadet, and other lawn and garden equipment. The starter features counterclockwise (CCW) rotation and a 9-tooth drive gear, fitting the flywheel ring gear on Kohler CH12.5 through CH22 and CV12.5 through CV22 engines commonly found in riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, lawn tractors, and fairway mowers.
