NorthCore Equipment Supply

Terms & Ordering

Last updated: October 18, 2026

Information about online catalogue orders and parts enquiries.

Online orders and parts enquiries are different. Catalogue items can be selected and ordered through the website checkout, with payment handled by Stripe. The minimum parts order is CAD 100, excluding shipping and tax. Sending a parts enquiry does not place an order or take payment.

1. Who we are

NorthCore Equipment Supply is a registered trade name of 2753688 Alberta Inc., an Alberta business sourcing heavy equipment parts for customers in Canada. We operate online and arrange supply for customer orders. We do not operate a retail pickup warehouse.

Email: sales@northcore.parts
Mailing address: PO Box 527, Smoky Lake, AB T0A 3C0, Canada.

The mailing address is not a pickup or returns location. Contact us before sending any goods.

2. Requests, quotes and order acceptance

Submitting the form sends your enquiry through Formspree. A success message confirms acceptance by the form service, not delivery of an email notification to an inbox. An automated acknowledgement or enquiry alone is not confirmation of availability, a quote or acceptance of an order. If receipt cannot be confirmed, contact us at sales@northcore.parts before resubmitting to avoid duplicates.

For an online catalogue order, review the product details, selected items, delivery service, shipping charge, tax and total in checkout before continuing to secure payment. Customers may order listed products without a manual compatibility review by NorthCore.

For an enquiry handled by written quote, review the quoted part, condition, quantity, total charges, payment arrangements, delivery and return conditions before accepting. We may request more information to prepare that quote.

This page provides website terms and general ordering information, not a substitute for the specific sale agreement. A written order agreement governs the particular sale where it differs from general website information, subject to applicable law.

3. Part identification and suitability

Please provide accurate part numbers, equipment make and model, serial numbers and, where useful, nameplate photos. Similar-looking components can have different specifications. Reference numbers and category descriptions on this website are not a fitment guarantee.

Customers select the part they want to order and should compare the listed part numbers and specifications with their equipment. Online orders do not require manual fitment approval. Contact us if you would like help before ordering. Website information is not installation, engineering or safety advice; installation and commissioning should follow the applicable manufacturer instructions and be carried out by qualified personnel.

Genuine, OEM, aftermarket and remanufactured describe different sourcing or product options. Availability varies. The actual brand, condition and any relevant exchange requirements must be identified in your quote.

4. Pricing, availability and delivery

Online catalogue prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Shipping and tax are calculated in checkout after the delivery address and service are selected. For a written quote, the currency and applicable shipping, tax, duties, brokerage, core deposits or other charges should be itemised or explained before acceptance.

Availability is periodically refreshed and shown as In stock, Out of stock or Availability to confirm. In stock is a confirmed availability status, not a claim that the part is held at a NorthCore retail location. Availability can change between updates. A parts enquiry does not reserve stock.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Supplier lead times, carriers and customs can affect timing. Direct shipping is offered where available. Delivery arrangements, shipping responsibility and any applicable risk-of-loss terms are addressed in the written order agreement.

5. Returns, refunds, warranty and cores

For orders delivered in Canada, we accept returns of new, unused and uninstalled parts requested within 14 calendar days after delivery. We charge no restocking or return handling fee. Read our Returns & Refunds policy for the return process and complete details.

For a change of mind or a customer ordering error, the customer pays return shipping. If a part is defective, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied by NorthCore, we cover return shipping. Contact sales@northcore.parts before returning a part to receive the correct return address and instructions. Do not send goods to our mailing address.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned part is received and inspected. The new and uninstalled condition requirement for ordinary returns does not prevent a defect or warranty claim or remove statutory rights.

Warranty coverage varies by the part and condition. Any applicable warranty duration, coverage, exclusions and claim process should be provided with the quote or order terms. This website does not promise a universal manufacturer warranty or a fixed warranty period. Contact us about cancellation of an order; any cancellation conditions must have been disclosed before acceptance and are not imposed retroactively.

Remanufactured or exchange items may require a core deposit and return of an eligible used component. The deposit, deadline, eligibility criteria and return freight arrangements should be stated before you approve the order.

6. Website use, content and legal rights

Use the website for lawful enquiries. Do not send malicious files, impersonate others or provide information or photos you are not entitled to share. Do not include payment card details, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in an enquiry.

Equipment names, trademarks and part numbers belong to their respective owners and identify applications only. NorthCore is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer of the equipment manufacturers mentioned. Illustrative imagery is not evidence of stock or of a particular part’s specifications.

We aim to keep the website accurate, but descriptions can contain errors and access may be interrupted. Confirm product-specific information in a written quote before relying on it for a purchase. No website statement overrides an express written commitment or a right that applies under law.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional sale-specific limitation must be addressed in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to law.

These website terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian federal law, without excluding mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it.

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Updates do not retrospectively change an accepted order. For information handling, see our Privacy Notice.
