NorthCore Equipment Supply Back to parts requests

NorthCore Equipment Supply

Privacy Notice

Last updated: October 18, 2026

How information is handled when you visit the site or contact us about a part.

The form sends your enquiry through Formspree. When you submit, your contact and parts information is sent to Formspree for NorthCore to receive and handle your request. Formspree may process information outside Canada. Typing alone does not submit your enquiry. This form does not upload files; send photos separately by email.

1. Who is responsible

This notice concerns NorthCore Equipment Supply, a registered trade name of 2753688 Alberta Inc. Questions about our handling of personal information, including service providers and processing outside Canada, can be directed to the Owner — Privacy enquiries.

Email: sales@northcore.parts
Mailing address: PO Box 527, Smoky Lake, AB T0A 3C0, Canada.

You may use this contact to request access to our privacy policies and practices, including those concerning service providers outside Canada.

2. Information we receive and why

If you submit the form or email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, telephone number, machine details, part numbers, quantities and delivery information. Email may also include attachments. We use relevant information to respond, identify parts, obtain supplier quotes, discuss availability and shipping, and administer a resulting order or claim.

Some enquiries need additional information before we can quote or confirm suitability. We request information relevant to that purpose. Please send only material you are entitled to share, and remove unrelated personal details from photos or documents.

Our hosting and form providers may also process technical connection information, such as an IP address, browser information and access or security logs, to deliver and protect their services and filter spam. These technical records are separate from the contact and parts details you supply.

Contacting us about a part does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Any separate marketing programme requires its own applicable notice and consent arrangements.

3. Sharing, providers and processing outside Canada

To deal with your enquiry or order, relevant details may need to be shared with a parts supplier, repair provider or delivery carrier. For example, a supplier may need machine and nameplate information, while a carrier may need delivery contact details. Sharing is limited to the purpose of the enquiry, order or claim, or to what is otherwise authorised or required by law. We do not sell enquiry information.

We use third-party form processing, email and hosting services. Information may be processed outside Canada, including in the United States, and may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of the countries involved. Processing locations depend on the service and provider operations; the linked provider information describes their locations and practices.

Parts request form — Formspree

Formspree receives and stores submitted enquiry fields and provides form submission and email notification services for NorthCore. It also processes technical information for service operation and security. Its processing may take place in the United States and other countries where it operates. See the Formspree Privacy Policy. You may email us directly instead of using the form.

Email — Google Workspace

Google Workspace is used to receive, store and send business email and attachments. Its processing terms permit processing where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities, including the United States and other countries. See Google’s processing terms and Workspace subprocessors and locations.

Website hosting — OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure

The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers may process technical connection and security information for hosting, access and protection. Their operations include the United States and other jurisdictions. See the OpenAI Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

For questions about the countries and purposes relevant to your information, or access to NorthCore’s service-provider policies and practices, contact the Owner — Privacy enquiries at sales@northcore.parts.

4. Browser data, cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads to measure website visits, successful parts requests and paid orders. With Advanced Consent Mode, Google receives limited measurement signals before you choose and after you select Decline, without reading or writing analytics or advertising cookies. These signals may include the event, time, page information, referrer, browser information and consent status. They are still data transfers to Google and may support statistical modelling of advertising results; they do not guarantee identification of the source of each enquiry.

Choose Allow analytics & ad measurement to permit measurement cookies and fuller measurement, including linking advertising clicks to enquiries and their qualification or sale outcomes. Choose Decline to keep analytics storage, advertising storage and advertising user-data consent denied while limited cookieless signals continue. Advertising personalisation stays disabled. We enable Google Ads data redaction for denied advertising storage and do not enable URL passthrough.

Earlier choices made under our previous notice are preserved: a prior decline keeps Google measurement off, and prior analytics-only permission does not enable Google Ads measurement, until you make a new choice under this notice. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We save this preference in your browser. Choosing Decline removes the relevant first-party measurement cookies; it does not delete information previously collected and does not prevent you from requesting parts.

If you allow advertising measurement, we may store a Google click identifier and campaign information in your browser for up to 90 days and attach them, with your consent status, to your parts request. We can send that click identifier, the time an enquiry is qualified or a sale occurs, and the sale value and event identifier to Google Ads to measure advertising results. We do not include your name, email address or phone number in these offline conversion exports. Choosing Decline clears the locally saved click attribution and prevents it from being attached to new requests. It does not retroactively remove data already submitted; contact us to request withdrawal for an existing enquiry.

For a confirmed online purchase, we send Google an order identifier, currency, product revenue, tax, delivery cost and the purchased product codes, names, prices and quantities. Product revenue excludes tax and delivery. With measurement storage allowed, we may retain only the order identifiers and measurement acknowledgements in your browser for up to 90 days to avoid duplicate events. Declining removes this local measurement record. Purchase events are sent after our server confirms payment, when you return to the order confirmation page; test payments are excluded. Our request and purchase events contain no customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, payment card details or attachments. We do not enable enhanced conversions using contact information, advertising personalisation or session replay. Google may process measurement information outside Canada, including in the United States. See Google’s Privacy Policy. The site does not intentionally save enquiry fields in browser storage; your browser or email service may retain autofill information or drafts under your settings.

Hosting and form verification providers may separately use cookies or similar technologies for security and service operation.

A form success message confirms acceptance by the form service; it does not verify delivery of an email notification to an inbox. If you use the email fallback, your device and email service settings and policies apply. Copying your request does not send it.

5. Retention and safeguards

Our policy is to retain personal information, including form submissions and related emails, only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, orders, warranty or dispute handling, and applicable record-keeping obligations. When those purposes no longer require it, information should be securely deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful retention requirements and provider backup processes.

Access to enquiry information should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes, with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website, email service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through the form or email.

6. Your choices, access and complaints

You can choose not to send an enquiry or to leave optional fields blank. Withholding information may mean that we cannot identify a part, provide a complete quote or arrange delivery.

Contact the Owner — Privacy enquiries to ask about access to or correction of personal information, or to withdraw consent, subject to applicable law. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. Withdrawal can affect our ability to continue an enquiry or order and does not override lawful retention obligations.

We will handle requests within the timeframes required by the law that applies. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as appropriate.

We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the current text. Materially new uses requiring notice or consent will be addressed before that use begins. See also our Terms & Ordering.

Saved carts and unfinished checkout

We save part codes and quantities on your device for up to 30 days so you can return to your cart. Names, email addresses and delivery addresses are not stored in this saved cart. You can remove saved items by clearing your cart or browser storage.

When you submit delivery details, we retain an unfinished checkout record to help you continue your order. Recovery records are available for 30 days and expired records are removed during recovery processing. Optional cart reminder consent is separate from payment and is not required to order. If you opt in, we may send up to two reminders about that cart; each reminder includes an unsubscribe link. We stop reminders after payment or withdrawal of consent.
