Last updated: September 6, 2026
How information is handled when you visit the site or contact us about a part.
The form sends your enquiry through Formspree. When you submit, your contact and parts information is sent to Formspree for NorthCore to receive and handle your request. Formspree may process information outside Canada. Typing alone does not submit your enquiry. This form does not upload files; send photos separately by email.
1. Who is responsible
This notice concerns NorthCore Equipment Supply, a registered trade name of 2753688 Alberta Inc. Questions about our handling of personal information, including service providers and processing outside Canada, can be directed to the Owner — Privacy enquiries.
Email: sales@northcore.partsMailing address: PO Box 527, Smoky Lake, AB T0A 3C0, Canada.
You may use this contact to request access to our privacy policies and practices, including those concerning service providers outside Canada.
2. Information we receive and why
If you submit the form or email us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, telephone number, machine details, part numbers, quantities and delivery information. Email may also include attachments. We use relevant information to respond, identify parts, obtain supplier quotes, discuss availability and shipping, and administer a resulting order or claim.
Some enquiries need additional information before we can quote or confirm suitability. We request information relevant to that purpose. Please send only material you are entitled to share, and remove unrelated personal details from photos or documents.
Our hosting and form providers may also process technical connection information, such as an IP address, browser information and access or security logs, to deliver and protect their services and filter spam. These technical records are separate from the contact and parts details you supply.
Contacting us about a part does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Any separate marketing programme requires its own applicable notice and consent arrangements.
5. Retention and safeguards
Our policy is to retain personal information, including form submissions and related emails, only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, orders, warranty or dispute handling, and applicable record-keeping obligations. When those purposes no longer require it, information should be securely deleted or de-identified, subject to lawful retention requirements and provider backup processes.
Access to enquiry information should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes, with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No website, email service or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send payment card numbers, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information through the form or email.
6. Your choices, access and complaints
You can choose not to send an enquiry or to leave optional fields blank. Withholding information may mean that we cannot identify a part, provide a complete quote or arrange delivery.
Contact the Owner — Privacy enquiries to ask about access to or correction of personal information, or to withdraw consent, subject to applicable law. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity. Withdrawal can affect our ability to continue an enquiry or order and does not override lawful retention obligations.
We will handle requests within the timeframes required by the law that applies. If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as appropriate.
We may update this notice as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the current text. Materially new uses requiring notice or consent will be addressed before that use begins. See also our Terms & Ordering.
