NorthCore Equipment Supply
Terms & Ordering
Last updated: September 6, 2026
What to expect when using this website or asking us to source a part.
A request is not an order. The website accepts parts enquiries through Formspree. It does not take payment, reserve stock or create a purchase commitment. Specific sale terms are provided separately with your written quote or order agreement.
1. Who we are
NorthCore Equipment Supply is a registered trade name of 2753688 Alberta Inc., an Alberta business sourcing heavy equipment parts for customers in Western Canada. We purchase for confirmed customer orders rather than maintaining an advertised stock inventory.
Email: sales@northcore.partsMailing address: PO Box 527, Smoky Lake, AB T0A 3C0, Canada.
The mailing address is not a pickup or returns location. Contact us before sending any goods.
2. Requests, quotes and order acceptance
Submitting the form sends your enquiry through Formspree. A success message confirms acceptance by the form service, not delivery of an email notification to an inbox. An automated acknowledgement or enquiry alone is not confirmation of availability, a quote or acceptance of an order. If receipt cannot be confirmed, contact us at sales@northcore.parts before resubmitting to avoid duplicates.
Before purchasing, review the written quote and any applicable order terms, including the part, condition, quantity, total charges, payment arrangements, delivery and return conditions. An order proceeds only after acceptance under those written terms. If an enquiry needs more information, we will request it before finalising the quote.
This page provides website terms and general ordering information, not a substitute for the specific sale agreement. A written order agreement governs the particular sale where it differs from general website information, subject to applicable law.
3. Part identification and suitability
Please provide accurate part numbers, equipment make and model, serial numbers and, where useful, nameplate photos. Similar-looking components can have different specifications. Reference numbers and category descriptions on this website are not a fitment guarantee.
We use the details supplied to check sourcing options and may need supplier confirmation or further information. Review the quoted identification and tell us about any mismatch before approving the order. Website information is not installation, engineering or safety advice; installation and commissioning should follow the applicable manufacturer instructions and be carried out by qualified personnel.
Genuine, OEM, aftermarket and remanufactured describe different sourcing or product options. Availability varies. The actual brand, condition and any relevant exchange requirements must be identified in your quote.
4. Pricing, availability and delivery
Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless a written quote expressly states otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, brokerage and any refundable core deposit or other charges should be itemised or explained in the quote. Ask us to clarify any charge before accepting.
Supplier stock and pricing can change. Quote validity and any reservation arrangements are specified in the quote; a website enquiry does not reserve stock.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Supplier lead times, carriers and customs can affect timing. Direct shipping is offered where available. Delivery arrangements, shipping responsibility and any applicable risk-of-loss terms are addressed in the written order agreement.
5. Warranty, returns, cancellations and cores
Warranty coverage varies by the part, condition and supplier. Any applicable warranty duration, coverage, exclusions and claim process should be provided with the quote or order terms. This website does not promise a universal manufacturer warranty or a fixed warranty period.
Return and cancellation eligibility is checked for the specific order. Special-order restrictions, restocking charges or other conditions must be disclosed before acceptance where applicable; they are not imposed retroactively by this page. Nothing here removes any statutory right or remedy.
For a damaged, incorrect or potentially defective part, contact us with the order details and supporting photos. Keep the packaging and follow the applicable claim instructions. Contact us before returning a part so that the correct destination and process can be confirmed.
Remanufactured or exchange items may require a core deposit and return of an eligible used component. The deposit, deadline, eligibility criteria and return freight arrangements should be stated before you approve the order.
6. Website use, content and legal rights
Use the website for lawful enquiries. Do not send malicious files, impersonate others or provide information or photos you are not entitled to share. Do not include payment card details, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in an enquiry.
Equipment names, trademarks and part numbers belong to their respective owners and identify applications only. NorthCore is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorised dealer of the equipment manufacturers mentioned. Illustrative imagery is not evidence of stock or of a particular part’s specifications.
We aim to keep the website accurate, but descriptions can contain errors and access may be interrupted. Confirm product-specific information in a written quote before relying on it for a purchase. No website statement overrides an express written commitment or a right that applies under law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, remedy, warranty, responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any additional sale-specific limitation must be addressed in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to law.
These website terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian federal law, without excluding mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you. Contact us first about a concern so we can try to resolve it.
We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Updates do not retrospectively change an accepted order. For information handling, see our Privacy Notice.
