This heavy-duty 1-3/4" x 12 NF flanged nut is used in two critical pin applications on Fits Case backhoe loaders: as the boom-to-dipper stick pin nut on 580K and later models, and as the lower swing tower-to-frame pin nut on older 580D and 580 Super E models. Keeping this nut in good condition is essential for maintaining secure backhoe arm articulation and swing tower stability.
