This hydraulic cylinder rod seal kit restores reliable sealing to the gland end of hydraulic cylinders on a wide range of John Deere (JD) construction and agricultural equipment. The kit includes a press-in wiper, rod U-seal, and buffer seals sized for a 45mm rod diameter. It is commonly used on dozer blade angle and tilt cylinders, rear steering and blade sideshift cylinders on motor graders, and various boom, bucket, and lift cylinders across the John Deere lineup.
Serial Number Notice: This kit applies to specific serial number ranges on several models. For the 450G Wide Track, 550G, and 650G, this kit fits dozer angle cylinders prior to serial number 822211 and dozer tilt cylinders prior to serial number 822042 (550G) or 846913 (650G). For the 670B and 672B graders, rear steering cylinders prior to serial number 540815 and blade sideshift cylinders serial number 530594 and above. Verify your serial number before ordering.
